At SHOPYFRONT, a brand operated by SLATEFRONT PRIVATE LIMITED, we aim to process and deliver your orders quickly and safely. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Shipping Locations

  • We ship to most serviceable PIN codes across India through trusted logistics partners.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Shipping availability depends on the courier’s serviceability for your location.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM, or on Sundays / public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

  • COD orders may require additional verification before processing.

Processing time does not include delivery time.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines (after order dispatch):

Metro Cities 3–5 working days
Tier 2 / Tier 3 Cities 4–6 working days
Rural / Remote Areas 5–7 working days

Actual delivery may vary due to operational issues, weather, festivals, strikes, or other unforeseen factors.

SHOPYFRONT, operated by SLATEFRONT PRIVATE LIMITED, is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on select products or above a minimum order value (if applicable).

  • Standard shipping fees (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order is processed.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive an email/SMS containing the tracking ID and courier details.

  • You may track your package using the link or courier website provided.

Tracking updates are managed by the courier and may take time to reflect.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

  • If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or the address is incorrect, the package may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, the customer may be required to pay re-shipping fees for further delivery attempts.

  • Refunds (if applicable under our policies) will exclude original shipping charges.


7. Order Delays & Non-Delivery

Delivery may be delayed or canceled due to reasons such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Inactive phone number or missed calls by the courier

  • Logistics issues, operational delays, or traffic restrictions

  • Weather conditions, strikes, holidays, or high-volume seasons

  • Remote or non-serviceable PIN codes

We will assist in coordinating with the courier, but we do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for courier-side issues.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the courier directly.

  • We will help raise a complaint, but courier investigations and outcomes are beyond our control.

  • Damage claims require photos and (if possible) unboxing video evidence as per our Return & Refund Policy.
